  • Items that are worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely, include the Return Authorization Number, and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

2. Refunds
